Infrastructure Associate

OMERS Infrastructure is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Associate to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of the investment process, including evaluation, execution, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statements, industry information, and technical data to inform investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential returns.
- Collaborate with senior team members to review and stress-test financial models, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and present written reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with asset management responsibilities, including preparing analysis and responding to industry and company-specific questions.
- Identify and track information gaps in OMERS Infrastructure's evaluation of investments and propose solutions to address these gaps.
- Critically assess documentation and other communications provided by vendors, company management, and other professional advisors, and incorporate relevant information into investment analysis.
- Advanced understanding of financial statements and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good teamwork skills and excellent command of MS Office applications.
