About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Finance Associate to join our team in London. As an Infrastructure Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, involving a variety of asset classes such as airports, energy transition businesses, and digital infrastructure such as data centers.
  • Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other practice areas within the firm and coordinate with international offices on cross-border transactions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and trainees, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Between four to six years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience and understanding of infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, from both the lender and sponsor side.
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to interact positively at all levels and be a good team player.
  • Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Driven by professional growth with strong professional presence.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality work output.
