Job Title: Associate, Asset Finance

Are you looking for a challenging role in infrastructure finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our team in London.

About the Role

As an Associate in our Infrastructure Finance team, you will work closely with financial sponsors and advise on complex infrastructure finance transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including acquisition financings and refinancings, and will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex infrastructure finance transactions
  • Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions
  • Experience and understanding of infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, from both the lender and sponsor side
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker
  • Driven by professional growth with strong professional presence
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality work output
