Job Description

Infrastructure Finance Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Finance Associate to join our team in London. As an associate in our Infrastructure Finance team, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, involving a variety of asset classes such as airports, energy transition businesses, and digital infrastructure.
  • Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's infrastructure finance practice.

  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
