About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Resort Operations Manager to join our team at Butlins. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take on a challenging role that requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale resort operation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and NPS metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of process management.
About You
We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in a similar level operational role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry. You should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate direct reports and their teams. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, payroll, and NPS is essential. You should also have a strong track record of compliance and process management.
