Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all Talent Acquisition activity within the Business Line, understanding the Business Line's requirements to deliver plans to hire key talent into critical roles.
  • Define, develop, and implement Talent Acquisition plans and projects, in line with wider GWS Local and global CBRE strategy, to drive talent engagement and attract top talent into CBRE.
  • Strategic advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy with business needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular Talent Acquisition activity reports and insights to stakeholders, including internal and external intelligence.
  • Coach and lead Talent Acquisition team members, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled, building an effective diverse and sustainable talent community of potential candidates, including engaging third parties where required.
  • Ensure corporate and legal requirements are met, including championing the Talent Principles.
  • Foster a proactive approach to Talent Acquisition, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors, and external markets.
  • Promote CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the Talent Acquisition team to ensure best practices are shared and implemented.
  • Recruitment technology expertise, including ATS, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, building talent communities, and market mapping.
  • Participate actively across the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the sharing and implementation of best practices.
  • Inspire confidence and trust as the Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • High level of networking and relationship management.
