Job Title: IT Support Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team at Getting In Limited. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to our users, ensuring that their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in IT support. You will work closely with our experienced team members to resolve routine IT issues, set up and configure new devices, and provide exceptional customer service to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to users via telephone, email, and ticket system
• Set up and configure new devices, including Smartphone devices and Office 365/Exchange console administration
• Active Directory administration, including creating new user accounts, amending permissions, and resetting network and applications passwords
• Meet and greet our user base, providing a high level of customer service and support

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.

Training and Development:
You will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard, which will include remote training via Zoom and full support from a training mentor. This apprenticeship will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a career in IT support.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Bentley Wood High School for Girls, Clamp Hill, Stanmore HA7 3JW
