About the PositionWe are seeking an Administrative Apprentice to join our Customer Support team in London. This position offers a unique chance to launch your career in a dynamic and innovative FinTech environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints using proprietary software.
- Participate in team projects, enhancing processes and developing creative solutions.
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4-9 in any subject, including Maths and English.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, or German.
The estimated annual salary is £28,000.
