About the Home Maintenance Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Bromford. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair works, ensuring that customers' homes are safe and secure.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a maintenance or repair role, preferably within housing management, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with local services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to manage customer expectations around repairs
  • Escalate property maintenance issues and ensure effective resolution
Requirements
  • Experience working in a maintenance or repair role, ideally within housing management
  • Tenacious and resilient, able to achieve performance targets and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Ability to coach and see the best in people
  • First-rate influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
