About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe running of production machinery across our site.

The ideal candidate will have experience undertaking maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, as well as familiarity with manufacturing machinery and general site maintenance.

You will work closely with our manufacturing team to provide technical engineering support and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all safety and site policies are met.

What You'll Do
  • Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery across the site.
