Temporary Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Temporary Site Manager to join our team at a vibrant primary school in the UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing and undertaking both planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance of the school premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with the school's estates strategy.
  • Utilise the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage and track maintenance jobs.
  • Engage with a diverse range of individuals, from students to staff and external contractors, maintaining excellent communication throughout.

Requirements:

  • Experience in basic maintenance and facilities management.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong working relationships.
