About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Engineer to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe running of production machinery across our site.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of improving plant efficiency and performance, as well as understanding health and safety documentation, including food safety.

You will work closely with our manufacturing team to provide technical engineering support and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all safety and site policies are met.
