Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the activities within the entire school site and properties, which comprise educational and residential areas, the main school building, staff residences, and surrounding grounds.

Key responsibilities include undertaking porterage and handyperson duties, assisting in ensuring routine maintenance tasks are completed, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general maintenance. You will also be responsible for monitoring project work and small maintenance projects in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our pupils and staff.
