Nova Founders Capital is a pioneering company that empowers ambitious individuals to become Managing Directors through our Search Fund investment vehicle. We are now seeking a High-Growth Business Developer to join our team and lead one of our start-up ventures.
About the RoleAs a High-Growth Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new businesses, as well as developing and executing growth strategies to drive success. You will work closely with our team of experienced founders, board members, and CEOs to ensure the smooth operation of your business and achieve outstanding results.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving high-growth businesses, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. If you have a strong academic background, especially an MBA, and a passion for entrepreneurship, we want to hear from you.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of up to 80K GBP and equity incentives that reward your hard work and dedication. As Managing Director, you will have the potential to earn 10-20% equity in your business, depending on its performance.
