The Role
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring their team to do the same. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, driving sales and KPIs, and working closely with our marketing, operations, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a standalone store and team
- Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
- Complete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet
Requirements
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in managing a team, ideally in a standalone store environment. You'll need a passion for wellbeing, a love of customer service, and a meticulous attention to detail. You'll thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment and be aligned with our values and keen interest in wellbeing.
