Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading supermarket brands and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

About the Role:

  1. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
  2. You will be a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a proven track record of success in a retail or hospitality environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and customers to achieve business objectives.
  4. You will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
  2. Manage stock levels, maintain store appearance, and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly.
  3. Develop and implement plans to improve customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a retail or hospitality manager or leader.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
