We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of retail professionals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, working closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that the store is run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with the team.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the retail industry, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.
