Job Opportunity: Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team to achieve exceptional sales and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
- Make commercial decisions to benefit the store and drive business performance
- Manage the performance of sales assistants and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Operate the store efficiently and effectively, with a focus on delivery and productivity
- Recruit, induct, and train new team members to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
- Drive retail sales and performance through effective management and leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial awareness and the ability to make informed decisions to drive business performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
