Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Marie Curie. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the retail team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of fashion and retail trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
