**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Maintenance Service Engineer to join our team at Resourcing Group.

About You:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality residential maintenance services to clients in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of residential maintenance tasks, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, and painting and decorating.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to client specifications and health and safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections and monitoring of equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
  • Respond to client queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of work and service visits, using handheld technology.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Level 2/3 City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in relevant trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing).
  2. Previous experience in facilities maintenance, retail, or construction environment.
  3. Full driving licence essential for this mobile role.
  4. IT literate for record-keeping and communication purposes.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Physically fit to carry out the duties of the role.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus company vehicle for personal use and other benefits.
