Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in and around your assigned sites, highlighting the need for repairs, and submitting & undertaking quotations for any necessary remedial work accordingly. You will also be required to update Legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance within your assigned buildings by the required attendance dates.
  2. You will be part of a callout rota at the end of a successful probation period.
  3. You will work a reasonable amount of overtime to satisfy our contracts.

Necessary Skills

  1. Experience in General Building services.
  2. Electrical competence.
  3. Industry relevant, recognised qualifications.
  4. To carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
  5. To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
  6. Good communication & basic understanding of IT.
  7. Must be willing to work overtime regularly to satisfy contracts.

Compensation Package

The company offers organic growth and the successful candidate will be given full support towards continued professional development. A basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum is offered with a yearly bonus of up to £3,000, private healthcare, pension and company benefits.
