Building Maintenance Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your career as a Technical Services Maintenance Engineer with Core Technical, a respected provider of facilities maintenance services to clients across the UK. As a key member of our mobile workforce, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in accordance with client requirements.
- Update Legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.
- Participate in a callout rota at the end of a successful probation period.
Necessary Skills
- Experience in General Building services, electrical works, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including overtime when required.
Salary and Benefits
A basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum is offered, plus a yearly bonus of up to £3,000, private healthcare, pension, and other company benefits.
