Fabric Maintenance Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance and portage tasks, as well as assisting technicians with planned and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and carry out fabric maintenance and semi-skilled tasks
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and extra work requirements in adherence to set standards and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements
  • Check and inspection of all plants and equipment
  • Interface with specialist sub-contractors
  • Abide by QA and Health & Safety procedures
  • Health and Safety considerations to all directly employed staff, customer's staff and public at large
  • Plant condition monitoring

Additional Duties

  • Attend monthly site meetings as required
  • Provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties as requested by the Client
