The One Group seeks a skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Cambridge. This role involves carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across two sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining plant systems and services
  • Supervising external providers and contractors as needed
Requirements
  • Experience with HVAC systems, Steam Boilers and Systems, and Building Management Systems
  • Educational background or equivalent qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • Fully qualified UK driving licence holder
Compensation Package
  • Annual salary: £33,000 - £39,000 (dependent on experience) plus £5,000 annual allowance
  • Standard working hours: 8am - 4pm (36 hours per week)
  • Competitive pension scheme with employer contribution
