FM Service Provider Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Cambridge. Working for an established FM service provider at a hospital site, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities' mechanical and fabric aspects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment, including air conditioning systems, water treatment systems, and plumbing.
  • Carry out routine checks and maintenance tasks on pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  • Collaborate with the on-site maintenance team and escort specialist subcontractors as needed.
Working Schedule and Salary
  • Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday earlies and lates (07:00-15:00, 14:00-22:00).
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • A competitive salary of £44,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the hospital's facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Mechanical qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds).
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
