Lead Engineer for Building Systems

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead Build Engineer at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our facilities engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of all assigned buildings, as well as providing support for technical evaluations and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Operations and Maintenance: Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly operations and mechanical reports, and prepare technical evaluations/deficiencies reports on existing mechanical systems and components.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Maintain staffing schedules and employment records for responsible areas in connection with planning, scheduling and execution of engineering/maintenance work.
- Work Planning: Plan schedule of work in accordance with established priorities.
- Data Provision: Furnish the engineers with basic data required in effecting overall and long-range planning.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in electrical, HVAC and refrigeration system operation, design application and maintenance. In addition, they should possess excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
