We are looking for a talented Lead Engineer for Electronic Systems to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new electronic systems, as well as enhancing and supporting existing ones.

You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop electronic designs and roadmaps, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronic Engineering and significant experience in mixed-signal design, including analogue, digital, and microcontrollers. You will also be responsible for managing the development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage a high volume manufacturing environment and has excellent project management skills. As part of our team, you will influence the company's technical product architecture and work on hands-on design while leading other engineers.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned electronics engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our business. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
