We are seeking an experienced Radi0 Frequency Team Lead to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a Radi0 Frequency Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of RF engineers, remaining hands-on in RF Design, and contributing to projects shaping product development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring RF design engineers, allocating resources, setting priorities, and supporting team growth.
  • Contributing to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
  • Collaborating with multi-discipline teams, conducting design reviews, and supporting project timelines and technical goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Extensive experience in RF design and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
  • Proven leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
