Facilities Maintenance Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is a well-established provider of facilities maintenance services, seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas, a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, and excellent client-facing skills. About the Position:
- Deliver high-quality services, repairs, and maintenance to commercial properties.
- Work on a variety of contracts, including housing associations, local authorities, education providers, and hospitals.
- Diagnose and identify faults and failures within equipment.
- Order and fit parts or components as required.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas).
- Client-facing skills.
- Full driving license.
- Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Fully expensed van and fuel card.
- Mobile phone and company uniform.
- Pension scheme.
