Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. As a Service and Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, calibrating, and repairing our specialist automotive air conditioning recharging machines.

The successful candidate will have experience as a mechanic, vehicle technician, Technical Maintenance Engineer, or Air Conditioning Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer, and will be able to apply their technical skills in a new career path.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per year, including pension, company vehicle, mobile phone, 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and hybrid/remote work options.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing, calibrating, and repairing company products.
  • Liaising with the Aftersales Support team on service and repair requests.
  • Assisting with in-house service and repair work during quieter periods.
  • Supporting the sales team with product installations and delivering basic product training.
  • Providing technical and product support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have proficient technical knowledge of automotive systems, ideally vehicle diagnostics and AC units, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
