We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our team in Market Harborough on a Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Delivering sales targets in a target driven environment
  • Managing a team of Sales Managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
