As an Internal Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for maximising our growth potential in the food, environmental and agricultural markets across the UK & Europe.

You will be reporting to our Area Sales Director and predominantly selling to Quality, Technical and Process improvement type people. Our group has over 200 colleagues across Europe as well as 3 manufacturing sites in France and Italy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Working closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification
  2. Outbound cold calls and emails by data (i.e. LinkedIn) and support the sales team with customer mapping activities
  3. Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  4. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM (SalesForce) accordingly
  5. Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required

This role comes with a high level of autonomy and we're open to your background and industry experience. You must also be proficient with Microsoft Office, have proven success within a telesales, B2B environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal skills at all levels.
