Job Title: Administrator Coordinator/Assistant – Operations Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator Coordinator/Assistant to join our Operations team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and operational coordination to ensure the smooth running of our regional centres and community teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administration, and office management, with experience in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock, and providing a welcoming reception to visitors. Additionally, you will assist in the planning of in-house and off-site activities, and provide support to the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team
  • Maintain accurate records and manage stock
  • Provide a welcoming reception to visitors
  • Assist in the planning of in-house and off-site activities
  • Support the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service role, and/or office/administration role
  • Completing basic H&S risk assessments
  • Experienced in the use of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Stock maintenance for office materials & site provisions
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CARE database
