Job Summary:
A flexible and experienced Bookings Administrator is required to join our team at Springfield Hospital. The role involves handling all enquiries and booking appointments efficiently, providing detailed information to patient enquiries, and developing good working relationships with internal departments.

About the Role:
This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible employment agreement where they can choose shifts that fit their availability. As a Bank Contract employee, you will work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts during peak times or staff shortages. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Handling enquiries and booking appointments promptly and efficiently
  2. Providing detailed information to patient enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  3. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal departments

Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong desire to provide high levels of customer service, ability to work under pressure with set deadlines, and confident communication skills on all levels.
