Armstrong Knight is seeking a highly experienced General Ledger Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including debtor and creditor accounts. Your expertise will also be required to assist management teams with accounting queries and report discrepancies to relevant departmental managers.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, confidence in IT, including Excel, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. Key responsibilities include coding and posting invoices on time, reconciling invoices to statements for monthly payment runs, and performing general administrative duties as needed. Additionally, you will complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations, post monthly direct debits and receipts, and make daily payments.
