The Finance and Office Manager is a critical role, which supports the running of the charity effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial administration, including keeping Quickbooks updated, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling company bank statements.
  • Lead on office management, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and implementing new processes when required.
  • Support the efficient running of the organisation's processes and systems, including liaising with external suppliers and advising the CEO on procurement of resources.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing financial accounting systems, preferably Quickbooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with well-developed organisational and administrative ability.
  • Proactive in staying up to date with financial regulations and charity financial issues.
  • Computer literate, with highly competent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
