Business Administration Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Administration Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to develop their administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assist with setting up new clients on our CRM system
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
