Job Title:Admin and Finance Clerk
Company Overview:Pursuit Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team in Chelmsford.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a professional service, working as part of a team and having a flexible approach to completing all tasks.

- Assisting with the client onboarding process
- Maintaining general office presentation
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Uploading and keeping up-to-date all electronic records
- Sending monthly client requests and reminders
- Ordering stationery and managing supplies
- Scanning and photocopying documents
- Organising files for archiving
- Updating databases
- Communicating with staff and clients in a professional manner
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems
• Processing client documents and sending electronic signatures
• Organising and updating databases
• Coordinating communication with staff and clients
• Assisting with client onboarding and paperwork
• Managing office supplies and ordering materials
• Scanning and photocopying documents as needed
• Archiving physical and electronic documents
• Providing administrative support to the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:- ">
- A professional approach to clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (4 or above) including Maths and English.
