Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the setup of new clients on our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintaining and updating filing systems
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
