About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a model of Trafford Family Help, a whole-family approach to assessment, planning, and delivery of evidence-based programs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and families to identify and assess their needs, plan and coordinate support, and lead intervention as a key worker.

You will have the opportunity to deliver and facilitate groupwork sessions across diverse communities, ensuring that children, young people, and families achieve the best possible life outcomes.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in working with children and families through an early help approach.

You will have skills in identifying and assessing needs, planning, coordinating, and leading support and intervention as a key worker, as well as experience in delivering and facilitating groupwork sessions.

A commitment to ensuring that children, young people, and families achieve the best possible life outcomes is essential.
