About the Role

This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Trafford Family Help, emphasizing the importance of timely and appropriate support for families. As a vital member of our Family Support Service, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Family Group Coordinator to advocate for and implement Family Group Conferences, adhering to the guidelines and toolkit established by the Family Rights Group.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a background in working with children and families, demonstrating a commitment to family-centered decision-making processes. You should be adept in facilitation, mediation, and negotiation, focusing on empowering families through solution-oriented approaches. A solid understanding of safeguarding practices is essential.

While prior experience in delivering Family Group Conferences is advantageous, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure the successful candidate can excel in this role.
