About the Role
This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Trafford Family Help, emphasizing the importance of timely and appropriate support for families. As a key member of our Family Support Service, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Family Group Coordinator to advocate for and facilitate Family Group Conferences, adhering to the guidelines and toolkit established by the Family Rights Group.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a background in working with children and families, with a strong commitment to promoting family-centered decision-making processes. You should be adept in facilitation, mediation, and negotiation, focusing on empowering families through a solution-oriented approach. A solid understanding of safeguarding practices is essential.
While prior experience in delivering Family Group Conferences is advantageous, we are committed to providing the necessary training and support to ensure your success in this role.
