Family Support Specialist

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Family Support Specialist to work with vulnerable children and young people in Trafford Borough Council. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with families and children, and will be able to plan and hold contact sessions to ensure the safeguarding of the children and young people.
The successful candidate will work with children and young people who have experienced domestic violence, neglect, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, and will have the skills and knowledge to support them in a safe and nurturing environment.
