Care Home Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill a Bank Registered Nurse position at one of our care homes in the UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, psychological, and social needs.

Your primary duties will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in training and development opportunities, and adhere to regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess current NMC registration and a good understanding of contemporary clinical practices. Experience of working in a care home environment, particularly in a leadership or management capacity, would be advantageous.
