Introduction
We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd in Surrey.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to work full-time in our developments, promoting independent retirement living to customers in the region. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to move-in day.
You will be based at the Welcome Centre, working closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. Previous experience in selling face-to-face with customers, particularly in retirement living sales or selling to older people, would be an advantage.
A valid UK Driving Licence is also essential, as you may be required to visit customers away from the site.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus commission, as well as a range of benefits, including a cash-for-car benefit, annual holiday entitlement, health screening, and a group personal pension plan.
