Award-winning Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join their team in the South East and South West regions.



About the Role:


This exciting field/home-based opportunity involves selling a range of Highways Safety Products to Local Authorities, Government Departments, Traffic Management Contractors, and Highways Maintenance Contractors.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Sell manufactured Highways Safety Products, focusing on demonstrating products and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Field/home based, covering the South East and South West regions, with a focus on candidates based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, or East Wiltshire.
  • Develop new business initiatives and leverage provided leads to drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrate products on a regular basis, ensuring the ability to carry and transport products.
  • Attend face-to-face appointments, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Pursue excellent product training, with comprehensive support and backup from the company.
  • Meet realistic targets, with orders ranging from £2-3k to £50-60k.


About You:



  • Must have field sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Located in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, or East Wiltshire, with easy access to the South East and South West regions.
  • Demonstrate career stability, with a strong desire for long-term growth within the company.
  • Excellent relationship builder, comfortable with new business development and sales by demonstration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and determined, with a passion for driving sales growth.


The Package:



  • Up to £40,500 basic salary, dependent on experience, plus an additional £6k southern weighting, based on location.
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities, with an OTE of £50k.
