Sales Leadership Opportunity

This role is responsible for driving the strategic sales direction and execution of activities to exceed sales quota for the Gartner UK&I HT Sales Organisation. The successful candidate will lead 5 teams and ensure every individual within the region achieves the annually defined revenue growth targets and retention performance.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Gartner's global sales objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the HT market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to drive business growth and success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role within Gartner Field Sales Management.
  • Deep understanding of the HT market and a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
