We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the well-being and development of children and young people.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements:
- Level 3/4 diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in a senior/team leader/support worker role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Desirable: Level 5 in Leadership and Management - Children and Young People.
