About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Strategy Manager to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of modern luxury and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities and technologies into our customer experience management (CXM) domain.
  3. Create and manage a customer experience taxonomy with the customer journey team.
  4. Provide consultation and education on how our future state tech stack marries up with our customer journey framework to achieve optimal customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in customer relationship management activation.
  2. Strong delivery background with Agile experience and ability to take strategy into structured operational plans.
  3. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and provide thought leadership and guidance on decisions and personalisation best practices.
  4. Comprehensive experience and understanding of digital tools/assets/platforms, including integrations, APIs, and data modelling.
