Customer Experience Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Strategy Manager to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of modern luxury and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities and technologies into our customer experience management (CXM) domain.
- Create and manage a customer experience taxonomy with the customer journey team.
- Provide consultation and education on how our future state tech stack marries up with our customer journey framework to achieve optimal customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management activation.
- Strong delivery background with Agile experience and ability to take strategy into structured operational plans.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and provide thought leadership and guidance on decisions and personalisation best practices.
- Comprehensive experience and understanding of digital tools/assets/platforms, including integrations, APIs, and data modelling.
