AWE Plc is a leading company in the industry, and we are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for improving plant performance and efficiency through effective maintenance practices.
- This will involve developing and implementing reliability-centred maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment operation and minimal downtime.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of business objectives.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Analyse equipment data to inform maintenance decisions, ensuring predictive maintenance and reducing costs.
- Design and implement modifications to improve process efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings and improved product quality.
- A relevant engineering degree and/or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Estimated salary range: £37,860 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
